Summary

Requirements

7 or more years of experience in SDLC and Waterfall methodology for enterprise application development.
Proficiency in Team Foundation Server (TFS) for requirements tracking and project management.
Experience in writing complex use cases, business requirements, and functional specifications.
Experience with business process re-engineering and As-Is/To-Be process mapping.
Experience in performing SQL queries for data analysis and requirement validation.
Experience with business change management and system integration documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders for system enhancements.
Draft detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development and coding efforts.
Design technical process flows and UI mock-ups to provide visual aids for solution design.
Analyze legislation and policy documentation to define necessary IT system modifications.
Facilitate system testing and the preparation of formal change requests for application updates.
Collaborate with database teams to document business rules for data migration and integration.
Develop comprehensive training materials and system guides to support end-user adoption.
