Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Software Developer Analyst (Level 2) to support the development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise asset management data flows aligned with core business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, preferably IBM Maximo, and supporting integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP.
  • This role will work closely with IT teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to support asset data initiatives, system integrations, KPI reporting, and enterprise asset management program expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of system data flows aligned with core business processes.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal teams on Asset Data Model (ADM) enhancements, Maximo SAP integrations, and Maximo component usage for failure reporting and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
  • Develop and maintain metrics, analytics, and KPIs to track progress on asset data collection including data completeness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Partner with Quality teams to build process maps, standards, and procedures that support long-term asset management initiatives.
  • Develop technical documentation and instructions to support system integrations and data interface requirements.
  • Support configuration and usage of the Asset Data Model (ADM) tool to generate standardized asset data structures.
  • Work with IT teams to support data loads into Maximo environments, resolve system access issues, and enable deployment activities.
  • Create training materials and documentation to support change management and user adoption.
  • Coordinate system testing, integration testing, and stakeholder/UAT testing for Maximo enhancements and asset data model updates.

Required Skills

  • 6 10 years of experience in IT Systems, Software Development, or Analyst roles.
  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, preferably IBM Maximo.
  • Understanding of asset data models, data governance, and data quality practices.
  • Experience supporting system integrations and data interfaces.
  • Strong experience defining and reporting KPIs, analytics, and data quality metrics.
  • Experience with process documentation, standards development, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience supporting system, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Maximo SAP integrations.
  • Exposure to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience in enterprise system implementations or large transformation programs.
  • Experience with change management and training documentation.
