Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Python Developer on behalf of our client in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Python development and building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of backend systems, APIs, and data-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications, APIs, and automation scripts using Python.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Integrate databases, third-party platforms, and external APIs into enterprise applications.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support CI/CD processes and application deployment activities.

• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python development and related frameworks.

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Strong knowledge of database design, integration, and query optimization.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

• Exposure to front-end technologies and full-stack development concepts.

• Experience working with scalable, enterprise-level applications and distributed systems.
