Minimum Requirements

Required	5	Experience administering, developing and/or maintaining enterprise websites, including experience with web servers, content management systems (CMS) or application troubleshooting.
Required	3	Experience leading or overseeing enterprise web initiatives, including coordinating projects, implementing web technologies, establishing best practices, and providing technical guidance or supervision to technical staff.
Required	-	Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science, web development, information technology or a similarly related major. Qualifying experience beyond the minimum required may substitute for education.
Required	-	Knowledge of web administration principles, web application architecture and enterprise web technologies.
Required	-	Knowledge of web servers, content management systems, web accessibility standards including WCAG/Section 508, and web security best practices.
Required	-	Knowledge of programming and scripting languages, database concepts and software development methodologies.
Required	-	Skill administering, troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise websites and web applications; analyzing business requirements and implementing technical solutions; and managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while providing technical leadership.
Required	-	Ability to design, develop, test, implement and maintain complex web applications and websites; lead technical projects; establish web standards; oversee technical staff; and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred	-	Experience with Kentico or a similar enterprise content management system.
