Job Title: Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Engagement: Long-Term Contract

Job Description

• Lead negotiations for vendor contracts, software subscriptions, contract extensions, and service-related agreements.
• Support sourcing initiatives by evaluating suppliers, comparing proposals, and recommending suitable vendors.
• Work closely with internal business teams, Legal, and Finance to review commercial terms and facilitate contract approvals.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining service quality and favorable contractual terms.
• Monitor supplier relationships, assess potential risks, and support effective vendor performance management.
• Coordinate multiple procurement activities and contract deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or commercial contract administration.
• Demonstrated experience handling technology-related purchases, SaaS agreements, IT services, consulting engagements, and other indirect business expenditures.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, supplier selection, renewals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing assignments and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
