M365 Engineer & Platform Administration -NYC

The Microsoft 365 and Collaboration SME will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting collaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role ensures secure, scalable, and efficient collaboration services including email, document management, messaging, and productivity tools.

Platform Administration & Support

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services:

Exchange Online

Microsoft Teams

SharePoint Online

OneDrive for Business

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access controls.

Monitor platform health, performance, and usage.

Design & Implementation

Design collaboration architecture and governance models.

Implement Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive solutions.

Plan and execute migrations (on-premises to M365, tenant-to-tenant).

Configure security policies, compliance, and data protection.

Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Provide L2/L3 support for collaboration platforms.

Troubleshoot mail flow, Teams issues, permissions, and sync problems.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
