Senior Sitecore Developer / Sitecore Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless architecture, and modern frontend technologies (Next.js/React).

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Sitecore implementations, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Sitecore Development & Architecture

• Design and develop solutions using:
  • Sitecore XM Cloud / XP / XM (9.x - 10.x)
  • SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator)
  • Sitecore JSS (Headless CMS)
• Apply Helix architecture principles

Headless & Frontend Development

• Develop headless applications using:
  • Next.js / React.js
• Create and manage:
  • GraphQL queries
• Build API-driven content delivery solutions

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using:
  • ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / C#
• Build and integrate REST APIs

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy Sitecore solutions on:
  • Azure / AWS
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using:
  • Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Vercel
• Ensure high availability and scalability

Sitecore Features & Integrations

• Implement:
  • Sitecore Search & Personalization
  • Sitecore AI capabilities (Agentic AI, Design Studio)
• Troubleshoot Sitecore XM Cloud issues
• Integrate third-party APIs and services

Technical Leadership

• Lead Sitecore implementation, migration, and upgrade programs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

Agile & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work in Agile/Scrum environment
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, demos, and releases

Required Skills

Core Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development
• 2+ years experience in Sitecore XM Cloud (Headless + SXA)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SXA, JSS, Helix architecture
  • GraphQL

Frontend & Backend

• Next.js / React.js
• ASP.NET / MVC / C#

Cloud & DevOps

• Azure / AWS
• CI/CD pipelines

Other Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and client interaction

Experience Required

• 8-10 years of experience
• Prior experience as Technical Lead (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Sitecore XM Cloud certification
• Experience with Sitecore AI capabilities
• Experience with composable DXP
