SAP BRIM Product Manager

Principal Product Manager

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP Order-to-Cash, and SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Exposure with one or more CPQ platforms such as CPQ Pros or equivalent
• Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Proven experience participating in or leading Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives, including integration of acquired companies, products, systems, pricing models, and Quote-to-Cash operational processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• Strong Product Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives
• Deep SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) expertise
• Hands-on experience with SAP Billing solutions:
• SAP BRIM preferred
• SAP Hybris Billing acceptable
• Exposure to Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) highly desirable
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes
• Ability to lead workshops, drive requirements, manage stakeholders, and own delivery across multiple teams
• Local to San Jose / Bay Area or able to work onsite regularly

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to CPQ platforms (CPQ Pros or similar)
• Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Understanding of CPQ → CLM → SAP integration flows
• M&A integration experience
• SaaS, Subscription, Consumption-based business models
• Salesforce CRM integration exposure

Important Hiring Manager Notes:
• This is NOT a generic Product Manager role.
• This is NOT a CPQ-only or CLM-only role.
• The strongest focus is SAP Order-to-Cash and Billing.
• Deep CPQ or CLM implementation expertise is not required.
• M&A experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• BRIM is preferred; Hybris Billing candidates will also be considered.
• Candidate must be able to operate independently and lead cross-functional discussions.
