Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (On-site)

We are in need of a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst who will work under the direction of the Software Engineering Manager to Write/Design/Test/Release & Document Test Cases for the Applications built along with training Quality Assurance resources on the types of supporting documentation, run guides, and procedures that should be created when working in an Agile SDLC environment.

  • Job Type: Full-time, direct hire
  • Location: Sandy, UT (On-site)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60,000 - $100,000 per year plus bonus
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You ll Do:


  • Assist the Application Deliver Manager with all aspects of creating Test Cases and ensuring proper coverage in SWB s applications.
  • Write and maintain QA specific documentation, i.e. test plans, release documentation, etc.
  • Attend and contribute to company development meetings.
  • Coach best practices in QA testing process
  • Learn the codebase/applications and offer suggestions where we can improve our test plan coverage.
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to other QA resources, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
  • Communicate early forecasting of identified risks, along with estimating potential loss of time due to risks.
  • Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
  • Respond to requests from the development team.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Create and implement company quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Understand the differences between types of QA software Testing i.e. Unit Testing, Integration testing, End-to-End Testing, performance testing, regression testing, sanity testing, system testing, User Acceptance testing.

What Gets You the Job:


  • Bachelor s degree and 4+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience building and maintaining automated API regression test suites within CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with tools such as Postman (baseline), along with modern automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, pytest, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of API testing best practices into deployment workflows to ensure continuous quality
  • Ability to integrate automated testing into deployment workflows to ensure continuous quality
  • Hands-on experience validating data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across data pipelines and transformation layers
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent
  • Ability to design and execute data validation strategies that support reliable analytics and reporting
  • Background in banking (preferred), financial services, insurance, or healthcare environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance-driven QA practices and documentation standards
  • Experience producing audit-ready test artifacts and understanding the regulatory impact of QA decisions
  • Ability to operate in environments where quality processes are subject to external review and scrutiny
  • AI-forward mindset including an interest in leveraging AI to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness; experience or experimentation with AI-assisted test generation, automation or QA workflows; ability to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate quality engineering processes; and/or comfortability in adopting new tools and contributing to an AI-augmented work environment
