Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant to support and enhance Order Management operations for a large enterprise environment. The consultant will be responsible for managing OM configurations, troubleshooting business and system issues, supporting order-to-ship processes, handling integrations, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on Oracle Fusion OM expertise, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).
Expertise in Order Processing, Pricing, and OM Setups/Configurations.
Experience with EDI integrations and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integrations.
Hands-on experience supporting Shipping Processes and integrations with non-Oracle systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data analysis and OTBI reporting.
Excellent communication skills with business and IT stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Oracle OM modules and related integrations.
Experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environments.
Exposure to integration technologies and middleware platforms.
Experience in production support and incident management.
Ability to work in a global delivery model with onsite/offshore teams.
