Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
Job Description: -
- 5+ years of scrum master.
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies Agile, Scrum, SAFe,
- Experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong communication skills
- Certified Professional Scrum Master preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence
- Remove blockers and support the team in meeting sprint commitments
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement within the team.
