M365 Dynamics F&O /AX Consultant
Role Location: Seattle Washington
The opportunity:
· Configure and test core Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budget Control, Cash & Bank Management, and Project Accounting, optimizing for automation and audit trails.
· Lead data migration for financial master data (CoA, vendors, customers) and historical transactions using Data Management Framework, including validation and reconciliation.
· Define financial reporting structures, including financial dimensions, SSRS/Power BI reports, and electronic reporting for US 1099, Indian TDS/TCS, and GST filings.
· Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., banking APIs, treasury systems) and customizations, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimal technical debt.
· Provide user training, UAT support, cutover planning, and hypercare for finance go-lives, resolving issues in real-time across global teams.
· Support pre-sales with finance demos, RFI/RFP responses, and effort estimates tailored to USA/India client needs.

What you need:
· 8-10 years in ERP/finance consulting, with 5+ years hands-on in D365 F&O / AX Finance modules across 3+ full lifecycle implementations.
· Proven USA/India project exposure, including localization for GST, TDS, US tax reporting, and multi-company consolidations.
· Experience in Agile delivery, onshore-offshore models, and finance process optimization (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
· Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor s/Master s in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred; Microsoft certifications (MB-310, MB-300) essential.
· Deep expertise in D365 Finance configuration: ledgers, journals, dimensions, tax engines, budgeting, and intercompany.
· Strong analytical skills for gap analysis, process mapping (Visio), and financial close optimization.
· Excellent communication for C-suite workshops and documentation across USA/India stakeholders.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
