Senior Windows and Apple Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Senior End-User Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Windows and Apple operating systems at enterprise scale. This role focuses on end-user device management, OS design, automation, security strategy, and sustainment, with strong emphasis on Jamf Pro for macOS management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, automation mindset, and the ability to design and deploy global technology solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, deployment, and management
• Enterprise-scale JAMF Pro experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role managing end-user devices at scale
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to support global solution design and deployment
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of junior staff
• Proven ability to automate manual processes using scripting and tooling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
