Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid role – 3 days Onsite per week)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

**It would be better if they are located in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania, or any state near the location.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
• Strong communication skills

Strong Preference 

• Experience in higher education
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development
