Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid 4 Days Onsite/Week)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Databricks Administrator responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Databricks environment. The role involves ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and seamless integration with cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Databricks workspace, clusters, and jobs
Monitor performance, usage, and optimize cost
Handle user access, roles, and security policies
Integrate Databricks with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability
Implement best practices for data governance and compliance

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Databricks administration
Knowledge of Spark, cluster management, and job scheduling
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of security, IAM, and data governance
Basic scripting (Python/SQL/Shell)
