Job Details

Title: Technical Support Technician
Location: Manassas, VA
Duration: 4 months, can extend
Compensation: $20-22/hr

Skillset / Experience:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving critical tickets related to hardware and network-related issues. You will be responsible for autonomously triaging, resolving, and documenting tickets in accordance to set processes and SLAs. You will ensure timely, accurate, and effective resolutions.
Key Success Factors

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or IT-related role (focused on hardware and/or network related issues)
  • Basic knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently resolve tickets and follow SOPs
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Technical certifications are preferred
