Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and transformation initiatives across ERP / SCM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong program governance, stakeholder management, and Oracle Cloud delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation programs (ERP / SCM).
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators.
Drive program governance, PMO activities, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive communications.
Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects including integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
Oversee change management, user adoption, and training activities.
Manage cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR domains.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Monitor KPIs and project health metrics to ensure successful execution.
Required Skills
15+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
5+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Experience with Oracle ERP / SCM Cloud modules.
Strong understanding of:
Oracle Financials
Procurement
Supply Chain
OIC Integrations
Data Migration
Security & Reporting
Experience managing multiple workstreams and offshore/onshore teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
