Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Research/Grants projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

• Develop and execute project plans, including milestones, timelines, budgets, and engagement profitability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and system integrators to align project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes, ensuring proper communication and risk mitigation.

• Monitor customer expectations and proactively prevent scope creep through transparent communication.

• Ensure proper documentation and approval of change requests, adjusting project plans when necessary.

• Track project progress and workstreams, ensuring smooth transitions to successful go-live.

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure efficient project execution and collaboration.

• Required Qualification: 

  • Proven Project Management experience

  • Oracle Cloud implementation experience (Required)

  • Experience managing complex enterprise implementations

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills

• Preferred Qualifications: 

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience with Research/Grants implementations

  • Strong Finance implementation background

  • Experience working with Universities or Higher Education
