Plan and execute laboratory testing activities, interpret results, and provide technical guidance to engineers and other team members.
Investigate product and process issues by applying risk assessment, failure analysis, and root cause evaluation to resolve defects and improve reliability.
Partner with production teams to address system-level concerns, recommend design enhancements, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Maintain complete and accurate engineering records, reports, and supporting technical files throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead or coordinate technical assignments when needed, including organizing work, aligning resources, and supporting customer, supplier, or vendor communication.
Assess materials, components, and manufacturing methods while preparing work instructions and supporting field testing or travel-based validation activities.
