Senior Oracle DBA /Architect (Oracle Performance & Data Guard)

Job summary :
This role is for an experienced team member specializing in Oracle database performance and resilience within a multinational environment. The individual will focus on optimizing Oracle performance, managing Oracle OEM installation and configuration, securing databases, and administering Data Guard solutions. The role is office based during the day shift with no travel requirement, supporting critical business applications and stable data platforms.

Qualifications :
Should have exposure to enterprise database platforms.
Should have worked on RMAN, backup scripting, Data guard, Performance tuning
Capacity Planning, use of tools OEM etc.
Knowledge of Shell scripting
Should have exposure to Databases on AWS (RDS)
Demonstrate extensive experience in Oracle performance and tuning through successful optimization of large scale production systems and complex transactional workloads.
Apply deep expertise in Oracle Enterprise Manager installation and configuration to build effective monitoring frameworks and operational dashboards for multiple environments.
Utilize strong Oracle database administration skills including backup and recovery, space management, and instance configuration to support resilient and scalable platforms.
Exhibit proven capability in Oracle database security administration by designing robust role structures and enforcing compliance aligned security controls.
Show solid experience in Oracle Data Guard implementation and management by maintaining reliable primary and standby setups and validating switchover and failover procedures.
Bring broad exposure of working as a senior team member in office-based day shift environments for more than fifteen years in large technology organizations.
