SAP S/4HANA Development / Integration Lead

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Development / Integration Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP development and integration, specifically within the Utility Industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and integration efforts for SAP S/4HANA implementations, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA development and integration projects from initiation to completion
• Utilize deep knowledge of ABAP, APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and SAP BTP to design and implement solutions
• Collaborate with implementation partners, offshore/onshore technical teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive project success
• Support hybrid cloud and on-premise SAP landscapes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP development and integration experience
• Deep knowledge of ABAP, APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and SAP BTP
• Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences required
• Experience working with implementation partners, offshore/onshore technical teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise SAP landscapes
• Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Development, Integration Suite, or BTP certifications
