Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist who is highly hands-on and execution-focused. This role is ideal for someone who actively works within HubSpot on a daily basis, building and managing campaigns end-to-end. This is strictly an individual contributor role—not suited for strategists, managers, or consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Log into HubSpot daily and manage ongoing marketing activities
- Build, launch, and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain workflows, automation, and nurture sequences
- Perform audience segmentation and list management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with campaign execution and performance
- Ensure campaigns are running smoothly and delivering expected results
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot (must-have)
- Proven experience executing campaigns directly within HubSpot
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, workflows, and segmentation
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day execution without supervision
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
