Summary

Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience with Salesforce CRM, including reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
  • Proficiency in TargetX Communication Planner for building, scheduling, and maintaining automated email and drip campaigns.
  • Experience creating, renewing, and troubleshooting automated campaigns, including audience, scheduling, and delivery issues.
  • Experience supporting CRM migration, including documenting campaigns, validating data, and supporting UAT and end-user training.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, data imports/exports, and CRM integrations with third-party applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Create, configure, test, and maintain automated email and drip campaigns using TargetX Communication Planner.
  • Build and maintain recipient audiences, filters, scheduling rules, and reusable email templates.
  • Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery, audience-selection, personalization, and automation issues.
  • Monitor campaign results and perform routine cleanup and archiving of outdated campaigns and templates.
  • Inventory and document existing campaigns, audiences, integrations, and dependencies to support CRM migration planning.
  • Support campaign migration, data validation, user acceptance testing, and training during the transition to a new CRM.
