Must Have:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specifications.

• Excellent data analysis and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong knowledge of the Fraud domain, particularly enterprise-level fraud detection and prevention solutions.

• Proven experience leading and delivering AI-based projects.

• Ability to identify risks, assess business impact, and support system implementations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
