SAP Basis Administrator

Role Description

The SAP Basis Administrator has strong hands-on experience in managing SAP technical infrastructure and supporting SAP S/4HANA and related systems. This role involves configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and coordinating SAP change and transport activities.

The SAP Basis Administrator will have deep technical knowledge across SAP landscapes and be capable of supporting ABAP-based systems.

The Work Includes:

• Implementing, configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment
• Scheduling and executing the SAP transport system
• Optimizing and analyzing performance issues
• Performing system refresh activities
• Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Presenting KDD
• Designing SAP landscape architectures
• Leading technical SIT and MOCK cutover activities
• Supporting functional teams
• Attending and actively participating in technical meetings
• Coordinating with different functional teams, integration teams, and the SAP RISE team

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SAP Basis
• Experience with multiple SAP components (as many as possible) including:
• SAP RISE model
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP BW/4HANA
• SLT
• SAP SCM
• SAP GRC
• SAP BTP
• Fiori Launchpad
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• HANA Database (including HANA Database Administration)
• SAP BOBJ
• SAP BODS
• Information Steward
• Cloud Connector
• SAC agents
• CPI-DS agent
• DP agent
• OpenText
• Experience working with:
• SWPM
• SUM
• Maintenance Planner
• PAM tools
• Experience working with Linux environments

Language Requirement

• English at conversational proficiency
• Must be able to understand and explain technical concepts
