Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Cloud Data Architect with strong experience designing and building enterprise GenAI solutions on AWS. This is a player-coach role requiring both architecture leadership and hands-on development expertise with AWS Bedrock, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.

Required Skills

12+ years of IT experience with strong cloud/data architecture background
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and enterprise LLM implementations
Strong experience in:

Prompt Engineering
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
AI/Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Strands)
Foundation model selection and tuning

Experience implementing Bedrock Guardrails for security, PII, and compliance
Strong AWS ecosystem experience (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
Snowflake Data Lake/Data Platform experience
Experience integrating with MuleSoft APIs and enterprise integration platforms
Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks, hallucination testing, and regression validation
Experience with Salesforce/CRM integrations is a plus
Strong communication and architecture governance experience

Responsibilities

Design and build AI/ML solutions on AWS Bedrock
Develop RAG pipelines, prompts, and AI agents
Define enterprise AI architecture and modernization roadmap
Implement AI governance, security, and guardrails
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and engineering teams
Support future integrations across CRM, web, mobile, and IVR platforms

Nice to Have

Lending/Financial Services domain experience
Experience in regulated enterprise environments
