Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Observability Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynatrace SaaS to lead enterprise-scale observability deployments across AWS and Azure environments.
Required Skills:
- 9+ years of Dynatrace implementation experience
- Strong experience with Dynatrace SaaS deployments
- APM, PurePath, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring
- Davis AI, Grail/Log Management, Root Cause Analysis
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline
- Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK
- Python scripting and automation
- AWS and Azure cloud environments
- OTel integrations and custom plugins
- ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and Teams integrations
- ITIL / ITSM / SRE practices
- Linux systems and networking
- Experience working in SAFe Agile environments
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise observability solutions
- Configure dashboards, alerting, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation
- Implement monitoring for distributed microservices and serverless workloads
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines
- Support incident management, RCA documentation, and SRE initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, SRE, and Application teams
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
