Our client, a leading enterprise in the technology sector, is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to join their team. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Network Support Department supporting critical network infrastructure during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:Sunday-Thursday (12:30am - 9:30am CST)
What\'s the Job?
\t- Monitor and maintain enterprise network health during off-hours. \t
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and operational issues promptly. \t
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems using established procedures. \t
- Execute approved network changes and perform maintenance activities. \t
- Support hardware lifecycle initiatives, firmware upgrades, and infrastructure updates.
What\'s Needed?
\t- 2+ years of hands-on network administration or network engineering experience. \t
- Ability to work Sunday-Thursday (12:30am - 9:30am CST) \t
- Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure. \t
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, and Wireless Networking. \t
- Experience executing changes within a formal change management process. \t
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain detailed documentation.
