Title:Lead Cloud Engineer/Architect - Primarily remote - Locals to NC

Location:Raleigh,NC

Description:

***Webcam Interview Only *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years ***first week onsite then prrimarily remote; some travel within NC required; must have own vehicle and mileage will be paid***

Role/Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and developing software solutions for cloud-based operating systems builds and maintains infrastructure as code (IaC) using DevOps methodology and versioning with a descriptive model to define and deploy infrastructure, such as networks, virtual machines, load balancers, and connection topologies.
Providing a reliable and scalable platform for developers to build and deploy applications.
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cloud network infrastructure including the deployment and configuration of cloud-based network solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.

Skills/Requirements

Thorough knowledge of DevOps principles and practices and tools Required 7 Years
knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) 7 Years
Thorough knowledge of cloud infrastructure best practices, including security, scalability, and performance optimization Required 7 Years
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Required 7 Years
