About the team: The retail services team develops and maintains core systems that deliver seamless omni-channel experiences with speed and reliability. This group manages payment processing, directed spend, and promotional campaigns while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Focused on scalable, multi-tenant, client-agnostic solutions, the team supports business and customer needs through agile collaboration. Emphasizing technical excellence, continuous improvement, and strong governance, members work together to solve complex challenges, drive innovation, and uphold high standards of quality and performance across all deliverables.
What you'll do: - Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
- Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, championing DevOps architecture and CI/CD practices.
- Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
- Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and promote technical quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and products.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
