Role: Product Owner

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with GBD (Group Business Development) applications.
• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, business priorities, and backlog.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Elevance stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release planning.
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance business processes.
• Experience with Member, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Group Business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Healthcare digital transformation and API/system integration experience preferred.
• Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
• CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $40-45/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation
