Application Programmer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position requires 3 days onsite per week and candidates must be local.

This role involves designing and building automation frameworks, developing robust web applications, and creating seamless integrations across large-scale data and analytics ecosystems. The ideal candidate will join an enterprise technology team, focusing on clean architecture, performance optimization, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions to improve scalability, speed, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build automation frameworks
• Develop robust web applications
• Create seamless integrations across large-scale data and analytics ecosystems

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on enterprise systems
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development
• Strong front-end expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks
• Proven experience developing scalable, secure, and reusable component libraries for web applications
• Solid understanding of SQL and RDBMS concepts (preferably SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Ansible Tower) and build automation (Maven, Gradle)
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, unit testing frameworks (JUnit), and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ownership of complex deliverables

Desired skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns
• Exposure to cloud-native development or containerized environments
• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics platforms is a plus

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
