Position Overview:
This role supports the industrial execution of development programs to ensure a smooth transition to initial production. The position assists in maintaining industrial plans, tracking schedules across internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers, and providing status updates to management.
The role helps identify supply chain and operational risks and supports mitigation efforts to protect cost, schedule, and quality objectives. It also assists with supplier coordination and recovery activities, while ensuring product quality requirements and documentation are completed in alignment with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support development and maintenance of the Industrial Plan for new product programs
* Track schedules and progress across manufacturing sites and suppliers to support on-time delivery
* Assist in identifying supply chain and operational risks and help coordinate mitigation plans
* Support supplier coordination and recovery efforts, including follow-ups and status tracking
* Help ensure quality requirements and documentation are completed prior to production
* Provide regular program updates and reporting to leadership
* Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications:
* Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or program coordination activities
* Exposure to supplier coordination, scheduling, or production planning
* Understanding of quality processes and manufacturing environments
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBi
* Exposure to SAP MRP/ERP
* Strong organizational and communication skills with potential for leadership roles
* Due to the nature of the work ship is required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
* Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or production readiness efforts
* Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or APICS CPIM

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $34.00-38.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
