Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do Design and build scalable, high-performing
Power BI data models and reporting solutions that support complex business needs
Develop engaging dashboards and analytics tools that help teams make informed, data-driven decisions
Help establish and evolve
best practices, standards, and governance for data visualization across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (such as Finance, Operations, and Commercial) to understand challenges and translate them into clear, actionable insights
Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs
Take end-to-end ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring strong follow-through, proactive engagement, and that no workstreams drop without resolution
Identify risks early, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality outcomes
Serve as a
Power BI subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and helping grow team capabilities
Contribute to shaping the future of our data and analytics environment, including architecture and tool selection
Stay curious-research and explore emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve what we build
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, and building complex dashboards at scale)
Strong proficiency in
SQL, including querying, data analysis, and working with relational databases to support scalable reporting solutions
Hands-on experience with the
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); exposure to Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred
Ability to work
independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
Strong problem-solving skills and a thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset

Experience with
Microsoft Fabric Familiarity with
HTML/CSS and integrating web technologies into data visualization tools
Experience with scripting languages such as
JavaScript or Python Exposure to business processes such as:

- Order to Cash
- Customs & Trade
Experience working in

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
