Title : SaaS Remediation Specialist
Location : Remote
Rate : $75/hr on W2

We are looking for a Cloud Security Consultant with strong expertise in AWS and Azure, and a deep understanding of cloud security frameworks such as CCSK Certification and CCSP Certification. The role requires a consultative mindset to evaluate SaaS products, identify security gaps, and provide reliable, implementation-ready recommendations aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a liaison between IT/IS teams, business stakeholders, and SaaS vendors
· Perform end-to-end security assessments of SaaS products, including architecture, workflows, and controls
· Review vendor security artifacts (SOC 2 Type I/II, CSA STAR, etc.) and evaluate compliance with internal frameworks
· Identify gaps and define remediation strategies with clear implementation roadmaps
· Coordinate and track remediation efforts, ensuring timely closure with supporting evidence
· Validate security controls through scenario-based testing and vendor interactions
· Support governance of both contract-based and configuration-based recommendations
· Prepare detailed documentation, including reports, architecture diagrams, and presentations
Key Skills:
· Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts (AWS & Azure)
· Experience in SaaS security assessments and vendor risk management
· Ability to interpret technical documentation and ask critical security questions
· Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
