Role: Product Owner

Location- Chicago, Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX OR Broomfield, Colorado office Hybrid- In office when there are workshops/ meetings/ sessions. They can also go in office everyday if they would like too./Chicago office preferred, Peoria IL office, Dallas or Broomfield office

Education & Experience Required:

- No Bachelor s degree required but must have 7+ years exp in this capacity

- IF they have a Bachelor s and/or Master s degree, they must have a minimum of 5-7 years exp in this capacity

Required Technical Skills

(Required)

- Experience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a digital product or software development environment

- Strong understanding of Agile product development practices and backlog management

- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements

- Experience supporting software testing, validation, and release activities

Soft Skills

(Required)

- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
