Our manufacturing client is seeking a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to support ongoing analytics initiatives across HR, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role will bridge business stakeholders, our onshore BA lead, and the offshore development team to ensure requirements are translated into accurate, actionable Power BI dashboards. Strong communication skills, requirements documentation, and functional understanding of SAP ECC 6.0 and Power BI development workflows are essential.

1. Working knowledge of SAP (ECC 6.0) - Consultants need to know modules suchas as Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), Production Planning (PP) - They do not need to know how to do ERP development, but need to understand the processes and data within for reporting needs.
2. Experience with Power BI building custom reporting dashboards
3. Review and translate business requirements into clear specificationsf or the offshore BI development team; Identify if there are gaps in the data and resolve, explain dashboard design, structure, measurements, visuals and data needs.

They built out their IT organization as a greenfield approach which offers ample room for growth as the company grows. This role is a contract to hire and will convert between 6-12 months after the start of the contract. The client offers very competitive benefits and PTO for their internal employees.
Work Environment
Hybrid remote work environment. Client would prefer this consultant to sit in the Fort Worth location, but can be flexible if necessary for the right person. Secondary location is Houston for GD Energy. Though remote flexibility is an option, being onsite part time is strongly preferred.
