Summary

Job Qualification and Responsibilities for Softeon Configuration and Integration consultant:

Configure and customize the Softeon Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on client business requirements
Perform system configuration for inbound, outbound, inventory, wave planning, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes
Integrate Softeon WMS with ERP, TMS, OMS, automation systems, and third-party applications
Develop and support API, EDI, XML, and flat-file integrations between systems
Work with business analysts, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Configure workflows, business rules, screen layouts, labels, and RF device settings
Support warehouse automation integrations including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling equipment
