Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions (IS-U) for utilities clients. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and design SAP IS-U solutions aligned with utilities processes
Configure and implement SAP IS-U modules, including relevant industry-specific functionalities
Support SAP DWM (Device & Work Management) implementation and integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective solutions
Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to end users
Ensure solution quality through testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP enhancements
Preferred Profile
Experience working on utilities projects (electricity, gas, or water)
Strong understanding of end-to-end utilities processes (metering, billing, customer service)
