Join our dynamic team as a Senior Industrial Engineer Technician! In this role, you'll work closely with experienced engineers, playing a vital part in planning and executing innovative projects. You'll provide essential support on various tasks, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your expertise. What You Will Do

• Support Manufacturing Engineering in daily tasks including but not limited to: JIRA Issue creation, TPM Maintenance, Process Audits, Photo capture/video recording key processes for training & Competent Authority.
• Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
• Create and close out Run & Holds for production only process deviations, manufacturing procedures (MP's & ATP's) & liaison for approvals while managing Run and Hold spreadsheets.
• Update/Create Routers for Standard Processes and update MBOMs (Manufacturing Bill of Materials).
• Process TOOL drawing changes in PDM (Product Data Manager).
• Process released COs in CSI on drawing/document updates and WITI SP on MP/ATP/PJT/JT/STD updates.
• Create & Maintain process plans for MES program (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Host the Operations Change Control Process running periodic meetings.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Jira knowledge a plus.
• SAP experience.
• Experience with Solumina.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (developing macros etc.).

The salary range for this role is 47,700 USD - 90,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
