Job Description:
Ā
- Good understanding of wireless technologies including 4G, 5G, (SA, NSA, mm wave), VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS/SMS/MMS network architecture and protocols.
- 7+ years of device testing & certification experience in lab and in the field.
- Good understanding of call flows over RRC, NAS protocols, throughout scenarios.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience on testing iOS and Android devices, log collection and log triaging.
- 2+ years of experience in device logging tools like XCAP, XCAL, QXDM etc.
- 2+ years of experience of data analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks or other clouds-based data analytics tools.
- Good storyteller on the device issues from lab and field. Able to communicate to the OEM and chipset maker.
- Bachelor or higher degree in engineering.
- 5 days a week in Philadelphia office.
