Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage product vision, requirements, and backlog prioritization for enterprise IT projects. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful product delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on business needs.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate UAT, validate deliverables, and ensure business requirements are met.
• Track project dependencies, risks, releases, and delivery milestones.
• Maintain product documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, backlog management, and user story development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise IT solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with state government projects.
• Healthcare, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or MMIS domain experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare modernization and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and implementation vendors.
