Senior Business Analyst (8+ Years Experience Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of proven experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, data analysis, digital transformation initiatives, and modern technology ecosystems including cloud, APIs, and data platforms.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives

• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and user story documentation

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

Core Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions

• Create BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows (BPMN), and Use Case diagrams

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Support product owners in backlog grooming and sprint planning

• Perform impact analysis and gap analysis

• Assist in UAT planning and execution

• Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery

• Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams
