- Own Projects End-to-End: Guide projects through planning, studies, detailed design, and construction administration, ensuring reliability, constructability, and schedule alignment.
- Partner with Clients: Work directly with data center owners, developers, utilities, and internal stakeholders to deliver power solutions that meet demanding uptime, capacity, and growth requirements.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Coordinate with protection & controls, transmission, distribution, and generation teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
- Support Growth & Innovation: Contribute technical expertise that helps expand Olsson's data center and power delivery portfolio while mentoring engineers and strengthening best practices.
QualificationsYou are passionate about:- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.

You bring to the team:- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with diverse clients.
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- Eight or more years of progressive electrical engineering experience, with a strong background in substation design, power delivery, or utility-scale infrastructure.
- Experience supporting large-load or mission-critical facilities (such as data centers, industrial campuses, or generation facilities), including coordination with utilities, clients, and internal engineering teams
