.NET Development Team Leader to guide a team of developers working on a diverse project portfolio for our Client in the mortgage lending industry.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and technical skills to manage, innovate, and enhance the systems that provide solutions for various borrowing needs.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex algorithms that meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve issues
- Leverage technologies such as AngularJS, MongoDB, and Redis to build scalable systems
- Optimize performance for customer interactions
- Design analytics functionality for complex data processing
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 1+ years of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Proficiency in .NET Core with strong knowledge in C#, .NET, LINQ
- Skills in Multithreading and TPL
- Familiarity with Redis or Redis Cache
- Background in SQL Server and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Competency in cloud hosting with AWS or Azure experience
- Understanding of Kafka message broker and Docker
- Prior experience with AngularJS

- Proficiency in JavaScript
