IT Project ManagerDirect HireMelbourne, FL (onsite 5 days a week) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced, collaborative team and play a key role in delivering high-impact initiatives. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, partnering with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor progress, milestones, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed.Serve as the primary liaison between project sponsors, team members, cross-functional groups, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential challenges.Develop business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI documentation. Maintain change management processes and detailed project documentation.Partner closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure project outcomes align with business goals.Build and manage integrated project schedules to support organizational priorities. Analyze schedules for critical paths and develop contingency plans as needed.Track progress, manage scope changes, and control deliverables to ensure smooth execution and alignment with objectives.Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and detailed notes to maintain transparency and alignment across stakeholders. Requirements:Bachelor s degree PMP certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within a technology-driven or regulated industry.Proven experience delivering internally developed software platforms.Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
