Description Summary:  

(Senior Data Modeler)

• Experience Level: Senior-level role requiring 15+ years of hands-on experience in Data Modeling (ER, Logical, Physical, Conceptual) using tools like Erwin.
• Industry Expertise: Strong preference for Financial Services background, including knowledge of account, card, payment, or digital processing.
• Methodologies: Deep expertise in Kimball/Inmon practices, Domain Driven Design (DDD), Microservices, and Data Mesh architectures.
• Technical Stack: Expert-level skills in Snowflake (pipelines, stored procedures), Oracle Exadata, MongoDB, and SQL performance tuning.
• Cloud & Integration: Proficiency in event-streaming, event-based warehousing, and cloud data architecture (Snowflake/Matillion/SnapLogic/DBT).
• Automation & Analysis: Strong Python scripting for automation/ingestion, along with advanced Excel (macros) and Splunk for data profiling.
• Governance & Lineage: Responsible for building/maintaining Data Catalogs (Alation/Collibra) and ensuring single-source-of-truth standards.
• Communication: Must facilitate modeling sessions with business and IT partners and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.
