Job Description

·        We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing efforts for enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives within the banking domain.

·        The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and ServiceNow processes.

·        This role will be responsible for driving test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness across complex data integration and reporting projects.

·        The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, UAT users, and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.

·        The role requires strong leadership in coordinating SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation activities, facilitating defect triage meetings, managing testing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with enterprise quality standards.

·        The ideal candidate should possess strong data testing and ETL testing expertise, hands-on SQL skills, and the ability to validate complex source-to-target data transformations and regulatory reporting requirements.

·        Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills

·        10+ years of QA/Test Management experience

·        Strong knowledge of ALM

·        Expertise in SDLC, STLC, and PMLC methodologies

·        Hands-on experience with ServiceNow

·        Strong Data Warehouse Testing experience

·        Expertise in ETL Testing and Data Validation

·        Experience with Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Execution

·        Strong Test Case Preparation and Review capabilities

·        Defect Management and Defect Triage leadership experience

·        Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation testing

·        Strong SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation

·        Informatica PowerCenter knowledge and ETL workflow understanding

·        Source-to-Target Mapping validation experience

·        Data Reconciliation and Data Quality Testing expertise

·        Experience collaborating with Business and UAT users

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Stakeholder Management and Leadership skills

·        Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects

·        Ability to manage onsite/offshore testing teams
