You will be an ADP Integration Office Integration Project Team Lead - Level 3.

What You Will Be Doing

In this position, you will be responsible for providing integrated logistics support to customers of Advance Development Program (ADP) Sustainment Operations as a member of the ADP Sustainment Integration Office. You will ensure the needs of new and existing ADP Sustainment customers are clearly identified and communicated to the functional teams and actively monitor performance to those requirements. You will serve as the conduit for coordinated and directed customer and Line of Business (LOB) communications, directed metrics reporting, and performance resolution.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating support from all program and sustainment areas to achieve desired results and monitoring effectiveness of the sustainment solution via field and LM Aero performance metrics.
Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Supporting creation of internal and external executive-level functional and program presentations, ensuring messages are communicated correctly and consistently.
Assisting with detailed planning and providing task and status visibility to ensure alignment and synchronization between Aeronautics program
Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.

Further Information About This Opportunity

You must hold a Final DoD Secret clearance prior to start.

This position can be performed in Fort Worth, TX, Marietta, GA, or Palmdale, CA.

Basic Qualifications

Holds a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years

Holds a Bachelor's degree in STEM related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education

Experience with aircraft or systems design, development, and integration (i.e. logistics support / ILSM experience); experience/domain knowledge of product support / sustainment concepts

Experience modeling System Requirements, Interfaces, Behavior, Structure, and Parameters (RIBS-P) using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g. CAMEO/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Capella); familiar with system modeling languages (e.g., SysML, SysML v2, UML)

Desired skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (e.g., the ability to communicate complex analysis with clarity and precision)

Good problem solving and organizational skills

Experience leading teams, projects, or tasks

Proactive engagement with team members to resolve technical issues

Experience/domain knowledge of specialty engineering concepts (including Diagnostics/Prognostics & Health Management, Reliability, and Maintainability)

Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools (including Siemens Xcelerator/Teamcenter, Dassault Systemes 3DX) and integrating them with MBSE tools

Knowledge of current product support standards (e.g., GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388, ASD/AIA S-Series, MIL-STD-1808)

Experience/domain knowledge of DoD/Government Concept of Operations

Experience managing Teamwork Cloud (TWC) projects

Experience simulating system performance

Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Familiarity with the DoD Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) and experience modeling using a Black Box / White Box (BB/WB) methodology

Experience with Enterprise Architecture modeling and associated languages (e.g., UAF, DoDAF)

Experience with business process modeling concepts, tools (e.g., CAMEO, Signavio), and languages (e.g., BPMN)
INCOSE ASEP/CSEP Certification

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
