Overview
We are seeking a highly technical Senior Systems Engineer to lead the evaluation, enablement, and deployment of enterprise AI platforms. This role sits at the forefront of our AI strategy, focused on building and scaling a centralized AI ?agent hub? that enables employees across the organization to leverage AI tools securely and effectively.
This is not a governance or program management role. We are looking for a hands-on engineer who has worked across multiple AI platforms, understands how to productionize AI solutions, and can evaluate, integrate, and operationalize tools in a highly regulated environment.
What You?ll Do
Evaluate and compare enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, Glean) for enterprise use
Design and execute proof of concepts (POCs) to validate AI tools and capabilities
Build and enable a centralized AI ?agent hub? experience for internal users
Develop reusable patterns for AI tool enablement, integration, and deployment
Partner with security, architecture, cloud, and networking teams to ensure compliant and scalable implementations
Assess architecture, data flow, identity models, and integration patterns for AI tools
Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, including monitoring, support models, and lifecycle management
Help define enterprise strategy around user enablement (build vs. buy, centralized vs. decentralized AI usage)
Work closely with operations teams to transition solutions into run-state environments
Stay current on emerging AI tooling, vendor roadmaps, and agentic AI capabilities
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, or similar technical roles
Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML or generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
Experience working across multiple AI platforms (Azure AI, Copilot, Bedrock, Gemini, Glean, etc.)
Proven experience building or contributing to productionized AI solutions (not just POCs or single-use cases)
Strong understanding of AI architecture concepts (RAG, orchestration, agent frameworks, APIs, integrations)
Experience conducting technical evaluations and tool assessments
Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in AI environments
Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, etc.)
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, architecture
